Start An Internet Business With One Crucial Component

I know a lot of people who have an idea for an internet business. They just need to know where to begin. When we talk, I encourage them to learn how to find and use keywords in their niche. Keywords are crucial because they are the basic building blocks when you start an internet business. You use keywords in your articles. Google finds your keywords in your titles and in the body of your article and ranks your page higher. People find your page because you are closer to the top, and you get more traffic. With more traffic comes more sales. It is that simple.

So it makes no sense to just pull keywords out of thin air. People will not find your articles that way. Once article can include up to five or six keywords, so I let the keywords dictate what I write about. All that matters is what people want to know. If you keep that in mind, you will get very rich on the internet.

You also want to use your top keyword in the title of your article near the beginning. For example, if you do a search on “webinar strategy,” you might find this article, “Webinar Strategy – Four Ways To Promote Your Business.” Someone looking for information on webinar strategy will find this article and read it because it is exactly what they are looking for.

Remember your title serves two purposes. It should have the keyword in it, but it should also generate some curiosity because you want people to read your article. you want them to see you as an expert on the topic, and you want to get the backward links.

One more use for keywords is to include them in various places throughout your article. You can even use your less competitive keywords, and Google will rank your article higher for those. Think of it as getting the most bang for your buck.

So begin by doing your research. Figure out exactly what people are typing into the search engines for your niche. Then use those keywords as much as possible. You will see a difference in the amount of traffic AND your sales!

Learn Internet Marketing: The Truth Behind Affiliate Sales

Although I have been an entrepreneur for a long time, I have seen the most success in my business since learning internet marketing. From my experience, one quick way to make money on the internet is through affiliate sales.

Before you discount this as a good option, let me outline a simple way to approach this idea. From my experience, you can begin generating cash flow this week so that you can afford domain names and outsourcing some of the details of your business. For example, you could outsource email, article marketing, and webinar setup just to name a few.

There are five keys to affiliate sales, and the first key is to find something to recommend. It should be something inexpensive that you can comfortably recommend to others. You don’t want to recommend a big ticket item right away, but instead start out small and build up to it. You want your list to trust you and rely on your recommendations. Look at the sales page for that product, and you will be able to tell whether or not it is appealing.

The second key is to know what issues your list is looking to be solved. What I am trying to say is to figure out the problems your readers are dealing with and how you can help them. For the answers, I usually go to niche-related sites, forums, or even social networking sites to see if I can find the answer. When I am willing to do this extra bit of research, I end up with more sales because I understand where my readers are coming from.

The third key is to write out a recommendation for the product. When you do, you will want to include the following ideas: what does it do, how will it benefit your reader, how will it measure up to other products, why do you like it, is there anything you do not like about it, and what is your overall opinion? Once you have written your review, you can post it to your blog or website. The most essential element is the affiliate link; be sure you have it in your review so that you can drive traffic there.

The fourth key is to tell people about your recommendation. For this you will use your own website or blog. Wordpress and blogger are two great places to get a blog if you do not already have one. Also, you can use your email contacts as your “list,” and send out your recommendation to them.

The last key to affiliate sales is to utilize search engine optimization (SEO). You want to use the keywords in your recommendation that people are actually entering into Google. These will be “buyer” keywords, not just general keywords. Using the “buyer” keywords will boost your post and get your more traffic and eventually more sales.

Without a doubt, affiliate sales can be a quick way to begin earning money. If you work diligently on these steps, you will see cash flow this week.

How to Create and Setup Your Own Webinar!

If you want an effective way to communicate with hundreds, even thousands of people, look no further than a webinar. This modern tool enables you to present your ideas, products or services to tons of people all at the same time. All it takes is a few simple steps to plan out a webinar.

Step 1: Design a presentation with a strong call to action.

No matter the goal underlying your webinar, make sure you include a clear call to action. This should direct your attendees to go to your website, call and schedule an appointment, or even buy your product immediately after the webinar. Whatever you do, get your attendees to DO SOMETHING right away. This is critical!

Create a powerpoint presentation that educates and engages your attendees. Tell them exactly what you want them to do and how to do it. This is the most fundamental rule of webinar planning.

Step 2: Choose a webinar hosting company.

As you think about your needs and your budget, you will want to pick just the right webinar hosting company. There are lots of options. If you think you will have no more than 1000 people and you are going to host lots of webinars in a year, your best bet is GoToWebinar.

Step 3: Set up your webinar.

Once you have chosen a webinar host, you need to know how to set up your webinar. The webinar host will have a set up page that will ask you for a webinar title, description, date and a time. It will also ask you to set up any polls or surveys.

Polls are a great way to generate interaction with your attendees. A good poll question would be, “What is stopping you from achieving success in (your topic).” You would show four obstacles and allow them to choose the most important obstacle to them.

This is a great way to get your attendees to admit they have a problem that is not easily solved. And when you show the results of the poll live on the webinar, it is great social proof that they are not alone and that many also struggle with this problem. They are also in a better place to ask for help by purchasing your products or services!

You can also use an exit survey when conducting a webinar. See if your attendees enjoyed your presentation, and ask them what helped them the most. You can use their responses as testimonials for your next webinar or webinar replay.

Also, ask them if they would recommend your product or service to their friends and family. If they answer “yes,” then pick up the phone and call them after the webinar because they have indicated they are a hot prospect and warrant a phone call!

Step 4: Upload your registration web page.

Once you have set up your webinar, invite people to attend. Your host company will provide a generic registration page, or you could make you own. I like to make my own because that way I decide what it looks like and how it feels. My page is unique and memorable.

One million dollar tip: ask for full-contact information on your registration page. That way you can send them an automated phone message right before the webinar to remind them (they will thank you for this!). And if you have their mailing address, you can follow up after the webinar with postcards or sales material.

If you feel up to it, you can even offer a special price or package to encourage more sales.
